We ship anywhere in the United States and rates depend on amount of purchase. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Orders are generally processed in as little as 1 - 3 days. Some natural skin-care products we prefer to make fresh for you when ordered and your order could possibly take as long as 5 days before shipping. Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to the personal nature of homemade soaps, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges for bar soap. While our soaps are made with premium ingredients some individuals may have sensitivities to certain fragrances or essential oils. Please be sure to read the ingredients listed under each soap before placing an order. However, if there is a problem for example damage in shipping, etc., we will come up with a solution. Contact us immediately at judi@generation-soaps.com. We value your business and want you to be happy. For other items to be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and we will issue you a check for the refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
